Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality photographic services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


Deposits & Booking Fees

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
  • Deposits cover administrative costs and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.


Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation:
    - If canceled 14 days or more before the scheduled session, you may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit)
    - If canceled less than 14 days before the session, no refund will be issued
  • Photographer-Initiated Cancellation:
    If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit, or the option to reschedule.


Completed Services

Once photography services have been rendered and digital files delivered, refunds are not available.

- If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we encourage you to contact us to discuss possible solutions such as re-editing or reshooting (subject to availability).


Products & Prints

Refunds are not available for custom prints, albums, or digital downloads once production has begun.

Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no additional cost.


Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion, such as technical failures or service disruptions beyond your control.
